Payment

What payment method do you accept?

We use PayPal as our secure payment provider. Through that we can accept payments from major credit and/or debit cards, bank accounts linked to customer's PayPal account and PayPal balances.
Do you accept all currencies?

Yes. Regardless of what country or currency you're paying with, PayPal will do the conversion to USD during checkout. Changing store currency other than USD is only estimate. Note that PayPal exchange rates fluctuate from time to time.
Are there any other hidden charges?

None. There are no hidden charges. You only pay for the product you purchase plus the shipping fee. However, there are other possible charges that could occur outside our site which may include transaction fees and exchange rate from PayPal, from your bank or from your card provider. In some cases, depending on country and/or amount of items purchased, you may incur additional custom duties and taxes to your local authorities.

Return and Refund

Do you accept refund?

Yes. We refund via PayPal or using store voucher. Refund however could be partial or full and only for orders outside the Philippines. Note also that we only refund the product directly purchased here on our site and we do not refund the associated shipping cost. How do you process return and refund?

To minimize the costs of returns on our client's end, we usually do a refund only instead of return-and-refund after further investigation of the damaged item. However, return-and-replacement for damaged item is done for orders within the Philippines. See our complete Refund Policy here. Simply send us an email with pictures of the damage product or chat us on our Facebook Page so we can quickly attend to your case.

Is it possible to get your product from a local distributor from my country?

At the moment, we are on process of expansion and partnership acquisition. We can only ship our 960g AB Set CASTING Z85 as of now but very soon we will be able to ship all our products to more countries.
