Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges after a transaction has been settled (a settled transaction is when you already received the item and we already received the payment) unless the item you purchased is unusable because of the following:

1. The packaging is broken (or leaked) during the delivery.

2. The Epoxy already hardened because of improper storage from our end.

If you received an item that falls within these two categories, please contact us immediately to replace your item.
