Onyx Operations Due To Pandemic - New Normal

We at Onyx Epoxy Resins aim to do our best to follow the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) measures while striving to provide quality service for our customers. With our hopes to best serve you, please be guided by the conditions before placing an order:


1. We value you, our customers, and love to help you with every single order. Given our global situation at the moment, we encourage you to have a close coordination with us so we can fulfill your orders as smooth as possible. You can always order 24/7 in our web store, or via Facebook Messenger chat bot or by chatting with us directly.


2. Before placing an order, please check if your Province, City, District or Barangay is serviceable by any of our courier partners - LBC, GoGo Xpress, Lalamove & Grab. You may always contact them through their official Facebook Pages or Messengers, or directly call their customer service hotlines. Determine also if your area is in full quarantine or lock down. Kindly check if the LBC branch nearest you is open or in full operation and if your delivery location is covered by their service. Below are the links to directly contact our partner couriers:

3. Please be advised that we have no control over the serviceable areas of our partner couriers which are limited at the moment because of the pandemic and may change from time to time without prior notice. In case your delivery location is not serviceable yet with any of our partner couriers, you will be the one to decide shall you wish to wait until your area becomes serviceable, or shall you opt to cancel, we will refund right away the exact amount if payment has been made before the delivery. 4. The safety of our staff is our priority too. To lessen their exposure outside, they are only allowed to go out three times a week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays respectively, to send orders to our partner couriers. The last order cutoff time is 10:30AM, else your order will be sent the following delivery day. Keep in mind that you can always order anytime 24/7 via our web store or FB Messenger. The 10:30AM cutoff is only for the last order to be sent to our partner couriers within the delivery day.
For example, you place your order 10:30AM Friday, your order will be sent to LBC, GoGo Xpress, Grab or Lalamove same day.
If you place your order 10:31AM Friday, your order will be sent to LBC, XPost, Grab or Lalamove on next delivery day - Monday.


5. A. For METRO MANILA orders

  •  Pick up and meet up is not available at the moment. We strive to strictly follow the ECQ measures to protect our valued clients and workers, hence we discourage our customers going out to pick up their orders.

 

  •  Fulfilment of orders shall be only via Grab and Lalamove delivery services. For this reason, Cash On Delivery (COD) will not be available (until further notice) as some Barangays and Districts are still not accessible for our courier partners LBC and GoGo Xpress that mostly deliver our COD orders. This is also to lessen cash transactions as encouraged by the Philippine Government for the safety of our workers. Mode of payment shall be via Online Banking / Mobile Bank Transfers (Instapay) or via Coins.ph.



B. For OUTSIDE METRO MANILA orders,

  • Customers may still opt for COD. Please check and make sure that your area is serviceable by our partner couriers before placing an order. This is to avoid returns of items. You may check using the links above.

 

  •  Please expect delays since all flights are cancelled during ECQ period and all deliveries outside Metro Manila are only made via land travel and sea (RoRo Cargo Ships).
